Breathe to Heal - Awaken your Body’s Natural Wisdom

In this talk, I’ll briefly share my personal journey and how discovering Holosomatic Breath-work helped me recover from panic attacks and migraines. By learning to process stored emotions and unresolved trauma, I regained control of my life and experienced profound physical and emotional healing. Through my lived experience, I hope to illustrate the powerful transformation this work can offer you and your loved ones.

We’ll explore how intentional breath-work helps release stored tension and stress from the body, increasing resilience and creating space for clarity, balance, and regulation. You’ll learn how breath can support everyday stress management while also gently unlocking years of held trauma that may keep the nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight mode. I’ll introduce key principles such as activation, pendulation, and resourcing, and explain why they are essential to safe, effective practice.

Holosomatic Body & Breath-work is a gentle therapeutic approach that may incorporate light touch, mindful movement, and body awareness. Treating the whole person—mind, body, and emotions—it supports nervous system regulation and deep healing.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or already exploring it, you’ll discover simple yet powerful tools to help you let go, reset, and breathe your way back to calm, grounded wellbeing.

Health through your Lens: What is Healthy Anyway?

The world is quick paced and fast. We’re demanded to be at our best 24/7 and without respite. More information has led to more confusion, with the basics often being forgotten. Then we wonder why health care can sometimes seem broken, disjointed or ineffective. All the time we are looking for the next thing to help, it’s all too easy to forget the basics.

This talk will help you to identify what lens you see health from and remind you that you have a choice to make personal tailored decisions that help you to change and transform your life, as opposed to ones that pile on the pressure.

This talk is a must for anyone needing a pause from the fads and myths, and a reconnection to focussing inwards on being the best version of you.

How to use Forest Bathing and Nature Connection in Life and Business

Join experienced Forest Therapy Guide and Trainer Sonya Dibbin to explore the profound health benefits of Japanese Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing).

This mindful, sensory practice is now endorsed by the NHS following a five-year study, meaning social prescribers are issuing green prescriptions for this powerful partnership with the natural world.

With over six years of experience and 350+ events delivered, Sonya will demystify the practice - explaining what Forest Bathing is, what it isn't, and how easily you can adapt it, even without a forest! She's deeply passionate about making Deep Nature Connection accessible to everyone and believes community and togetherness is a powerful antidote to many modern world issues.

Discover the crucial difference between 'time in nature' and 'connection to nature.' You'll also leave with lots of simple, effective techniques to integrate Nature Connection into your daily life and work, benefiting both yourself and others.

Bring your burning questions for a truly insightful session!

Teach Your Body to Sleep: Surprising Mind–Body Methods to Unlock Rest

Sleep is tied to both physical and psychological well-being. Without adequate sleep, we don’t restore cellular functions and emotional regulation is difficult. This talk explores the mind–body connection of sleep, combining physical practices, sleep hacks, neurological insights and simple lifestyle adjustments you can implement straight away to improve sleep quality.

We will challenge common sleep myths — for example, falling asleep within minutes is often assumed to be a sign of good sleep, when in fact, can indicate extreme exhaustion. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what truly supports restorative rest.

We’ll explore these everyday factors which disrupt sleep, such as, what you eat for breakfast can affect your sleep later that night. Blood sugar imbalances, deficient nutrition, stress hormones all contribute to restless sleep. Practical solutions will be discussed and insights from neuroscience, on why we dream and why memory consolidation during sleep, is so vital for mental health.

This session includes hands-on, practical techniques with a high success rate to transition your body's nervous system into a restful state. My intention is that you leave with a deeper understanding of how sleep actually works, allowing you to work with your body and mind - rather than against them - for more consistent, restorative sleep.
